Mizunoe matcha is born in Uji, Kyoto — Japan's most celebrated tea region. Since 1923, our family has tended these misty hillside gardens where the finest tencha leaves flourish.
Each spring, we harvest only the youngest leaves, shade-grown for weeks to develop their signature umami depth. Stone-ground slowly by granite mills, our matcha preserves the vibrant emerald color and complex flavor that define true ceremonial quality.
